MyNet Korea that helped produce the movie is still open but they have no listed phone number, so the only way to talk to them is to pull a Nick Robinson and book a flight to Seoul. Mille 21 that distributed the movie is closed down permanently so there's that. However, Shirogumi which produced the movie is still available to contact, but only if you speak Japanese, so if you do, have a go at it.
