Sources?

Some really outrageous claims here, and some assertions I've never seen before, even after having researched this film for years.

It's pretty certain that her "privates" weren't exposed, and the source listed says no such thing. We have records of censorship cuts, which lets us know she had one breast exposed in some scenes. No genitals. To top it off, in some stills we can see that she is wearing full bloomers underneath her garments.

I've also never seen any claims that churches (or anyone else) tried to destroy copies of the film.

There's a lot of misinformation that gets passed around about this film, but this is some of the worst, considering how many blatant falsehoods are in such a short piece.
