Jollibee is a Filipino fast food restaurant chain with over 1,000 outlets, both in the Philippines and overseas.[1] The company is owned by Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC), founded in 1978.[2] During the early 1980s, the company produced a traditionally animated commercial promoting the restaurant.

The first half of the commercial shows the letters of the word "Jollibee" through the following animations:
- J- Jollibee (the main mascot) driving in a car.
- O- Popo holding the letter O.
- LL- Two mermaid tails forming the letters LL.
- I- A spaceship transforming to the letter I.
- B- Mico Milkshake (a defunct mascot) popping a balloon.
- EE- A space background with weird space creatures.
Based on the only existing characters that appear in the commercial, it was likely made around 1980 to 1985.
Availability
The surviving footage of the commercial by CNBC International TV, and another part can be seen in a video by the official Jollibee YouTube channel. Most of the audio is obscured by narration in the two videos.
