Status: Existence Unconfirmed

Larva is a 3D-animated show based on two worms named Yellow and Red. These two worms live in the sewers of New York City, dealing with a bunch of wacky and crazy adventures.

Pilot

As of May 2024, not much is known about this pilot except for an alleged photo of the pilot. The pilot was supposed to be about ice cream. It has also been said that another character named Violet had lines, like the titular Red and Yellow, and that Yellow had 2 extra antennas and an extra sprite. The original name for Larva was supposed to be named "Homeless". Nevertheless, the ice cream plot revolves around Red trying to get ice cream from Yellow and because the ice cream is dripping from the top of the sewers, Red get mad at Yellow for getting more ice cream than him. In the end, Violet saw Red with an ice cream drip on his head, and Violet opened his mouth, filled with very sharp teeth and saliva. All of this information of the plot was alleged to be the plot of the pilot, but it is unknown if it was made or not. The sound effects for the pilot are also said to be very different to the aired episodes of Larva[citation needed].

Availability

Since there is not a lot of evidence that the Larva pilot even exists, the only proof of this pilot are with two pictures and an alleged end credits from the pilot. The first picture shows Red looking at Yellow with a little bit of anger and the second picture is an early concept of the show (originally named "Homeless"). On a Korean blog Naver post, you can see variations of what the show was originally supposed to be[1]

The existence of the pilot is of debate and is contested.
