One Piece "Treasure Giveaway" (Possibly lost sanji figure from ~2013)

I can never find anyone talking about the "The One Piece Treasure Giveaway" from Enies Lobby. It started around episode 262 and lasted for around 10 episodes and would show text that would be used at the end of the episode to win a prize. This prize would be won by a person named Ken H, and when you look up the figure won, all the results are just regular Sanji figures.
