Possibly lost VHS silent film

Looking for a film from my childhood. It was a VHS that was rented from my local Phoenix library. I Checked it out of the library in the early 2000's. The only details I remember from the actual film was two girls (late teens, early twenties,) that were wandering the wilderness, possibly lost, and ran into a Native American boy around the same age. The most unique aspect of this film is that (to the best of my memory) had no speaking dialogue. Please let me know if you have any information on this movie. Thank you!
