Roger Foodbelly is an unreleased episodic point-and-click adventure game by the Norwegian developer Atle Jarnæs Lerøy aka "jannar85" and his company "Adventure Pit".

The project started in 2002 as a 2D adventure in the vein of classics like Curse of Monkey Island, directly taking art tips from Curse's artist Bill Tiller; then, in 2007, the developer announced a switch to 3D. Finally, in 2017 Lerøy stated that the project was abandoned and that he was adapting the game's story into a novel.

Storyline

The story would have been set in a fairytale forest that is split into a good side and a dark side. One morning, the main character Roger Foodbelly, who lives in the good side of the forest, wakes up to find out that his enemy Boris Beard from the dark side has kidnapped an elf princess (the daughter of "Lady of the woods" who's a kind witch), and it's up to Roger to rescue her.

In a later version of the story, Roger wakes up in a prison and has to escape and find out how he got there.
