Trickes was a claymation series created by Mark Bannon and Mike Bannon via their company, Wreckless Abandon Studios, copyrighted in the year 2000[1]. Mark, Mike, and their studio would also work with another studio called Pasozebra Production. According to the original description of the show:

"Join the friendly feline "Trickes" along with a cast of varied characters, including a lady bug, pencils, numbers, foods, colors and shapes and more, in a series of didactic but always entertaining adventures. Ages 3 to 7 will be enthralled and delighted while they learn about sounds, numbers, letters, colors, personal hygiene, and the use of everyday objects."[2]

It is currently known that there are 14 episodes made. It is unknown where the show aired and if more episodes were made besides the 14 episodes.

1 Trickes Intro Our title character, a tiger named Trickes plays with a gum ball machine and gets surprised. When he pulls the lever, a transparent, hollow ball comes out. Disappointed, he looks at it sadly. When he opens it, Trickes is surprised with a great burst of presents. As he looks on, open-mouthed, the name of the series, "TRICKES" appears. Lost
2 Pencils Two small pencils are playing over the pages of a book while a pencil-eating eraser tries to hunt them. After several chase scenes, the pencils are saved from being devoured thanks to the intervention of a big "daddy" pencil. Lost
3 The Flower To his dismay, Trickes notices that the flowerpot outside his window is not filled with beautiful flowers. Trickes plants several seeds but then realizes that they won't grow if he doesn't water them. He waters them with an odd-looking white watering can with black polka-dots. After a few days, hundreds of peculiar-looking polka-dotted flowers decorate his window. Lost
4 The Theater A group of letters, all vowels, sit on a park bench, eating popcorn, as they watch a puppet show. Various dramatic moments of the show are expressed by the letters. In the end, the puppet dragon, angry because he didn't get to eat the puppet prince, devours the audience's popcorn. Lost
5 Colors A blue-colored paintbrush confronts a yellow-colored paintbrush. When they catapult their respective colors toward each other, the globs of paint morph into a series of objects which normally go together, but behave separately. Eventually, the yellow and blue colors mix together and the result is a green color that transforms into the previous objects, only now, they are depicted interacting with each other. Lost
6 Enjoyable Food The leopard "Triquñuelas" turns up at school with an enormous schoolbag and a very small package in his hand. At break time we discover that he is carrying a seemingly inexhaustible supply of food inside his bag. But what has he kept in his tiny little package? It's a textbook for his math class. Lost
7 The Deep Nap A ladybug is skating happily over a shiny hill when he encounters an area where pointy spikes grow. He avoids touching the ground by making little jumps, finally hurling himself into a patch of leafy vegetation where he falls asleep. As the camera pulls back, we see that the patch of vegetation is a small tuft of hair on the hill, which is actually a balding man's head. The man, like the ladybug, is having a nap on the sofa in his house. Lost
8 Playful Number In a classroom, there is a dusty old blackboard. The number "2" is stuck to the back of the chalk duster. The "2" springs to life. He looks around but discovers that he is alone. He tries to write in order to create a companion but doesn't manage to do so. In the end a child appears and writes the mathematical equation: 1+1=, at which point, the number "2" jumps onto the surface and places himself in the correct position to complete the equation. Lost
9 Pink Beard The Pirate Pink Beard the pirate is so hungry that he decides to fish from his ship's watch tower. With his pet parrot close at hand, Pink Beard only manages to "catch" pieces of own ship. In the end, the ship sinks, and the captain and his parrot end up drifting in the sea, surrounded by sharks. 10 Iced Chestnuts Trickes the tiger is very hungry. He looks out the window and sees that the entire landscape is covered with snow. Trickes spots a large tree there on a hill that is full of red apples. After several fruitless attempts, he manages to ski up to the tree but crashes into it. As he recovers from the bump, all the apples fall down and Trickes stuffs himself. Lost
11 The Letter A dog places a letter into a mailbox. The mailbox magically transforms into various forms of transportation, culminating in a rocket. The rocket travels to the Moon and plunges itself into the surface, where a hand reaches out of the rocket to deliver the letter to a mailbox next to a dog house. A female dog appears and picks up the letter, which transforms into an enormous bone which has been sent from Earth by her loved one. Lost
12 Pink Beard Takes a Dip Pink Beard the pirate is taking a bath on the deck of his ship. After a short time, he asks his parrot to bring him a rubber duck to play with. He grows tired of the small duck and asks for a bigger one, which he again grows tired of. At the pirate's request, the parrot continues to replace each duck with a larger one. The final duck is so large that it sinks the ship. We pull back to reveal that the pirate ship and the rubber duck are actually toys that a young child is playing within a bathtub. Lost
13 The Tour Trickes the tiger has prepared his car for a trip to the beach. In order to transport all of the baggage, he has hitched a trailer to his car. During the trip, Trickes has to rearrange the objects in order to pass through tunnels of various shapes. In the end, Trickes manages to arrive at the beach with a comical surprise in store. Lost
14 Twelve o Clock On the wall of an abandoned school classroom hangs a neglected, old clock. We can see that the number "2" is missing from the number "12" because it has fallen to the floor. The "1" feels the need to rescue its companion, the "2". In a harrowing attempt to save it from danger, the "1" uses the clock spring to bungee down and rescue the "2" in the nick of time. With the two of them restored to their original places, the clock now chimes twelve. Lost

Status

All episodes of the show are lost with only remaining a photo for each episode. There was a promotional trailer for Trickes on the show's website, but the trailer hasn't been archived. On the Pasozebra Productions Vimeo, there is a 2:01 video that seems to contain footage of Trickes, but it has not been archived as well. It was discovered that the show had aired on Radiotelevisió Valenciana according to the second studio that animated the show[3].
