Unknown Zombie Hospital Game (IOS 2011-2014 Release)

I remember playing a game on Halloween, 2014 most likely. What I remember from this game was it had really bad low frame rate graphics and was in the style of like every game back then (example, all the old "Talking Tom" apps). You were either driving around a stretcher or sitting in it in a dark hospital where everyone was cartoon zombies which you haf to avoid or splat (by shooting them I don't really remember). I think it was an endless runner and i remember the zombies being really goofy and clumsy with you sometimes running them over. The game was 3D, cartoony and was most likely on IOS.

If you intend on finding out whatever it's called, just know i searched up everything on the following link and none of them are the game.

I have absolutely no clue on the name by the way, i was a little ipad kid back then and never paid attention to the games I played names'.

I'm new to this site so sorry if this isn't quite what I should post. Logically, this game is most likely not lost media and more just me forgetting the game's name
