The commercial shows each of the children is being given by the ice cream cone, while the joyful background music plays. The last one - a girl, however, is only given an empty ice cream cone by an off-screen woman, who states "Oh, di ka pwede nyan. May sipon ka. Ito na lang ("Oh, you can't eat right now. You have a cold. Here it is."). It is followed by male voice-over, who states "Wag Hayaan ang sipon. Sabi ni Dok, Dimetapp Agad." ("Don't ignore the cold. The doctor said, take Dimetapp.")[1]

It was said that these commercial was available on YouTube before the user who uploaded it was terminated in 2020. It was aired at around 2004.[2]
