Just found the second edition of "General Information", not to be confused with "General Information II"

So, in 1978, Mego released the original "General Information" cartridge, quite possibly the first cartridge they ever made aside from the "Mego Demo Cartridge". Then, in 1981, they released an updated version of "General Information" with an identical label and the old 1978 copyright date. This second version is rarer, as the Mego 2-XL was discontinued the same year. In any case, the only way to know which version you own is to listen to it and know what content was changed.

I decided to listen to my copies of "General Information", and lo and behold I have one of the 1981 cartridges. So, I have digitized that one and stuck it on the Internet Archive.
