An article on Sportstoday indicates that the film has been screened at Pyongchang International Peace Film Festival(PIPFF) between April 16-20 of 2019.

The page on PIPFF’s webpage also indicates that the film was screened for the 2019 session. It looks like the film is not released to the general public but it does exist in an intact form and can get released if it feels like it.
