Mass Effect Andromeda is a spinoff game of the Mass Effect series. It was released in March of 2017 on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC to mixed receptions. One of the biggest complaints were its technical issues and facial animations.
Months after the game's release, Electronic Arts closed down the studio, Bioware Montreal, thus leaving fans with little to no expansions or DLC. One of these anticipated story arcs involved the quarians, who requested a rescue.
