Eight Days is an unreleased video game originally intended to be a PlayStation 3 title. Created in the style of similar Sony crime syndicate games of the era like The Getaway and Gangs of London, Eight Days followed two protagonists, one good and one bad, as they traveled across eight states in eight days and included an "in-clock" system to change the time of day during gameplay according to what time of day it was in your region.

In 2008, two years after its official announcement at E3 2006, it was rumored the game had been cancelled altogether due to Sony shifting focus of their developers on closer-to-completion first party titles. While some within the industry at the time speculated that the game was just "put on hold," it can be surmised that the game is no longer in production at all due to the closure of London Studio, the game's developer, in May 2024.

E3 2006 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Eight Days' first public appearance came during E3 2005 via a tech demo showing off a gas station explosion in game. It wasn't until E3 2006 that the game's title was officially announced via a pre-rendered CGI trailer. The aforementioned 2006 E3 trailer, using pre-rendered video as opposed to live gameplay, showcased what the gameplay would have been like had the game continued development. Some stills of the game have also appeared, although they're mostly from the same tech demo showcased during E3 2006.
