From what's been gathered so far:
- DigMedia claim to have a black and white video tape of the entire program (although it is unclear how much of the special was actually filmed).
- The video was originally recorded by John Lennon's friend Jack Henry Moore. Moore was gifted the video equipment by Lennon.
- DigMedia acquired Moore's video archive, which the special was on one of the tapes.
