On November 9th, 2003, the formerly banned episode of Family Guy that was planned to air in the second season but was banned from airing until the third season titled "When You Wish Upon a Weinstein" aired, in which Peter Griffin gets assistant of Jewish accountant Max Weinstein to help him retrieve money he was conned out of, and from this comes to the conclusion to convert Chris to Judaism, thinking it will help the latter be more successful in life.
However, in earlier drafts of the episode, moreso its table draft, the episode went far differently than the televised episode. Including the main story being told via a flashback Peter tells Chris - as well as Chris not having a major focus like in the final - Max having a more Jewish personality mentioning Yiddish terms and more additional scenes of helping Peter, a scrapped musical number, and the conflict coming from Peter being insecure from seeing Max having more confidence than he does, and tries to prove he has it by taking on Man Mountain Mike in a wrestling match.
