Looney Tunes: By A Hare was a side scrolling racing arcade game developed by SEGA featuring Looney Tunes characters.[1] It was shown at the 1993 Amusement Machine Show (JAMMA) in Japan[2], and had a feature in the may, 1993 issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly Magazine[3] and reportedly hasn't been seen since.

No ROM or footage has been found, and only a few screenshots exist.
