The Namco Creators' Program, also known as Catalog IP or OPEN GAME was a project created by Bandai Namco in 2015 that allowed independent and student developers to create games using the company's well known IPs, such as Pac-Man, Mappy and Dig Dug.[1] Many games were created and uploaded to the site, most of them ending up on Japanese app stores. However, with the announcement of the project's closure in 2018 and its effective inaccessibility beginning in early 2019, many of these games have become inaccessible.[2] As the website contains upwards of a hundred games, any games not documented on this page can be seen on the OPEN GAMES website.
