Absolute Zero is an American adult animated web series created by Sandy Smallens and Vivian Barad. The show was produced by Mondo Media and aired from 2003 to 2004[1]. While 9 episodes have been found and 23 titles are known, the other episodes are seemingly lost[2].
Plot
Absolute Zero parodies many music interview shows that feature celebrity interviews. The show features Vita (voiced by Lorri Holt), a music maven who speaks with an Icelandic accent and Ozzy (voiced by Calum Grant), her right-hand puffin. Together they zero in on today's music and the personalities. Similar to The God & Devil Show, each episode features an interview with a celebrity voiced by an impersonator that would parody the celebrity's works or personal life. The show's first episodes would take place in an orange background and later episodes would take place in a light blue background.
Availability
The show's episodes were available on Mondo Mini Shows' website from 2003 to 2006 along with other shows produced by Mondo Media. After it was removed from Mondo Mini Shows' website, it was no longer available to watch[3].
The episodes wouldn't be uploaded to YouTube until February 3, 2009, when user "Monia181920" uploaded the episode "Madonna" and uploaded 5 more episodes. YouTube user "rathoody" uploaded the episode "Radiohead" on June 10, 2009.
On March 10th, 2024, YouTube user "Magic Bag Archives" uploaded three more episodes, albeit in low quality.
As of 2024, the show's other episodes are lost and have yet to be found.
