Detour is a 1992 movie directed and produced by Wade Williams[1]. It is a remake of the 1945 film noir of the same name.
Plot
The movie follows a nightclub musician named Al Roberts (played by Tom Neil, Jr., son of actor Tom Neil, who played Al in the original), who while hitchhiking from New York to California, becomes involved in a crime scheme with a dangerous woman named Vera (played by Lea Lavish).[2]
