Jamby Madrigal was the former Presidential Adviser on Children's Affairs and former Undersecretary of Social Welfare and Development.
In 2004 Madrigal mounted a successful bid for senator under the Laban ng Demokratikong Pilipino party of Ed Angara, a member party of the Koalisyon ng Nagkakaisang Pilipino (KNP) coalition. Coinciding with her campaign was an election ad featuring actress Judy Ann Santos.
Premise
The commercial begins with the black and white footage of dancing people and a group of people holding placards on the street, then break the wall in color with a group of people singing the campaign jingle.
The campaign jingle's lyrics are as follows:

Buti ngayon, mayroon iiba
Isasakyan tayo
Ja-Ja-Jamby (2x)
Iiba sa 'tin
Ja-Ja-Jamby

Jamby meanwhile saying "Time to Change our World", heard the jingle line saying "Kaya't problema natin", then Judy Ann Santos saying "Kaya't ipaglaban ang pagbabago. Availability
The commercial was aired nationwide during commercial breaks for notable shows including Eat Bulaga, TV Patrol, Masayang Tanghali Bayan, Frontpage:Ulat ni Mel Tiangco, 24 Oras, ABS-CBN Insider and Saksi, among others during the 2004 Election season. The commercial remained lost for 20 years, until March 18, 2024 when when Dann Garcia uploaded a copy of the ad.[1]
