Not Guilty Enough was a 1938 Columbia Pictures short released on July 30, 1938 which was around the same time as Cuckoorancho. It featured Andy Clyde, Shemp Howard, Bud Jamison and John Tyrell and was directed by Del Lord.

According to threestooges.net, the plot involved Andy being arrested for assaulting Shemp after he destroyed his backyard garden with his tools and vehicles.

Little information can be found on the film. It was not released on any home media and is very obscure in general.
