Holy crap, I remember seeing this when I was very young, If I remember correctly it was on Netflix for awhile actually along with the regular Pingu. I checked everything about what date it came to Netflix but I couldn't find anything, probably because it isn't available here in the United States anymore. My best bet would to go to the Netflix website through the Wayback Machine in around 2012, 2013, or 2014. Because I remember watching it around that time.
