Possible holiday cartoon block?

If this was completed and produced, I feel as if it might've been a live action block similar to King Koopa's Kool Kartoons that probably would've only aired seasonally. I sort of get a similar vibe from the name alone, and the focus on the Christmas holiday season would reasonably lead one to assume that it's some type of TV special or something.
