The Powerpuff Girls, (alternatively titled PowerPuff), was a highly anticipated superhero action show that would premiere on the CW channel during the early 20s, a pilot was made for a live-action show that reimagines the CN beloved cartoon about a trio of girls who are superheroes, Craig McCracken's PowerpuffGirls, this time updated for a young adult audiences with plotlines that resembles adult HBO shows such as Lena Dunham's Girls it was show to test audiences and got quickly cancelled after several blackash from the test audiences.

Premise

According to Variety, unlike the previous animated interactions of the franchise that was targeted toward kids, the new series sees the ronch and crude slice of life of the pint-sized superheroes as disillusioned twentysomethings who resent having lost their childhood to crime fighting. Will they agree to reunite now that the world needs them more than ever? [1]

Availability

As far as it's common verifiable knowledge, a fully scripted and filmed pilot of the series is already made and transmitted to test audiences. As in, with actors, scenes, the whole content was done and ready to be greenlit. [2] The full script still can be easy to find online, the fandom's backlash might have concretized the intentions of Warner's border on dump the project. [3] The CW's live-action of The Powerpuff Girls has been officially canned, together with a full batch of superhero content that has become lost media during the last spree cancellation by the Warner's new management. [4]
