Cineworld "Cindy World" (lost original uncensored policy trailer; early 2000s)
In 2003, British cinema chain Cineworld released a computer-animated policy trailer, featuring a Lara Croft inspired woman named Cindy World[1] bursting out of the screen and checking on people who break the rules. She pulls a person up to face the No Smoking sign when he is smoking, she kicks a mobile phone out of a woman's hand and crushes it, and bashes a couple's heads together when they are talking too much,[2] releasing stars in a cartoonish fashion that form the Cineworld logo. After one year, the latter was cut short so that they would only be shushed - zooming into a No Talking sign before cutting to the stars flying from above the couple's heads - due to complaints about the whole trailer being too violent to be shown before family-friendly films.
