Parouk S. Hussin is a Filipino politician, doctor, and former rebel who was the Governor of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) from 2001 to 2005.

In 2004, Hussin launched an bid for senator under the party "Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (Lakas-CMD (1992))" by former president Fidel V. Ramos, a member party of the coalition known as "Koalisyon ng Katapatan at Karanasan sa Kinabukasan (K4)". His campaign was also coincided with its election ad using 2D animation. It is one of the two candidates (the other was presidential candidate Raul Roco) to featured election ads with animation.
