The Magic School Bus Halloween Special was a TV special that aired on October 31, 1995. It included both live-action and animated sequences. Prior to its rediscovery, the only evidence of the special's existence was a listing on TVGuide's website and some footage of the live action intro.
Plot
Howie, Sam, and Katie are lost in the museum while spending a Halloween night when they meet an unusual stranger who's full of stories and surprises.

Rediscovery
On January 3, 2016, Lost Media Wiki user Flowergothic purchased a VHS of the special and later uploaded it to his Google drive. It can be viewed here.

- Danny Tamberelli who does the voice of Arnold plays Howie in this special while Lily Tomlin who voices Ms Frizzle plays the unusual man.
- The guitar plays during the instrumental version of the theme song for the special's credits.
