It appears that both the Commodore 64 and MS-DOS versions are lost

That flier says that the game was released for the ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, Commodore (almost definitely C64), MSX, and PC Compatibles (MS-DOS). However, that Computer Emu Zone page was only able to find and document the Amstrad CPC, ZX Spectrum, and MSX versions. Both the Commodore version and MS-DOS version appear to be missing.
I don't know if I will try touching up the article myself, but I thought I would at least point that out.
