EBS tests in general

I'm guessing every station had these but the list here only has stations from larger cities in the US. Is there any reason for that? I noticed a lot of the tests are very unique from station to station. Is there like some default slide a smaller station might have used that just simply isn't unique? Or are these slides from these stations simply not found? I'm just asking because I noticed there's large swaths of the country not listed, like New York has just Buffalo, Rochester and NYC listed, even though there are many stations in New York state. I'm surprised there wasn't any for like Albany or Syracuse.
