Connie Talbot: Over the Rainbow was a karaoke video game developed and published by Data Design Interactive for the Wii.

Wii Game

Data Design Interactive, a British developer which gained notoriety amongst gaming circles for publishing shovelware budget titles (most infamously Ninjabread Man, Anubis II, Myth Makers: Trixie in Toyland, and Rock 'N' Roll Adventures, which have the same gameplay engine but with very few modifications), announced in 2009 that they were collaborating with Britain's Got Talent contestant Connie Talbot for a video game to tie in with her debut album Over The Rainbow.[1] The game was to feature full motion video footage of the singer and tracks from the album, which were comprised of covers from popular acts such as Bob Marley's "Three Little Birds" and the title track "Over the Rainbow" from The Wizard of Oz. While Talbot did make an appearance at DDI's E3 2009 booth to promote the game, no further announcements were made since, and Data Design Interactive went defunct a few years later.[2] The only footage from the game was a low-quality recording of the game's promotional trailer back in 2009.

On December 10, 2020 a copy of the game surfaced on eBay, and was subsequently purchased by Forest of Illusion on Twitter.

On December 13th, 2020 footage of the game from E3 2009 surfaced online, thanks to a developer who had saved it.

Finally, on December 22nd, 2020, a copy of the game originating from a RVT-R development disc surfaced online thanks to Forest of Illusion. The game does at least boot on the Dolphin emulator (and presumably on original hardware) but requires a microphone attachment in order to play.
