Charlie announcing the hunt for the lost videos.

Status: Lost

Charlie White Jr.[1] known online as penguinz0 aka Cr1TiKaL or MoistCr1TiKaL is an American YouTuber, commentator, Twitch streamer, actor, voice actor, writer, and musician who has received widespread attention, and acclaim for his YouTube videos which revolves around dry humour.[2] However over 500 videos from his channel from 2007-2010 are deleted and have not resurfaced since.

Background

In a video uploaded to YouTube by White on December 13th, 2021, called "I Will Give You $25,000 If You Can Find These Videos" he would announce a hunt for "500" old videos he had created between 2007-2010. That he had deleted back in 2010 for containing copyrighted music, which panicked Charlie into deleting over 500 videos. He stated in the video he had contacted Google for information on the videos but since Google didn't own YouTube at the time, it's impossible they would have stored his now deleted content. 6 days later he uploaded a video called, "Stop Trying to Scam Me" where he reveals he's been scammed by "low-effort scammers" trying to take the money from the challenge.

The Videos

Cr1TiKaL has explained the videos as being glitch videos, or glitch guides, explaining he had a glitch clan in the late 2000s, as well as Gears of War montages, Halo 3 content as well as other gaming content. He said the quantity was "around 500 - 1000". And in 2010, he deleted nearly all of them, with only a few videos during that time period still staying on that channel. However, in the previously mentioned follow-up video "Stop Trying to Scam Me," Cr1TiKaL stated that someone was able to find 10 seconds of a glitch video and another guy found a previously lost video that was deleted from a channel named "Pixel Enemy", that was a guide for Star Wars: Force Unleashed.

Availability

Considering only 1 video has been found (along with the 10 seconds of video found from a glitch video), and it hasn't been mentioned by Cr1TiKaL since December 2021, as well as Google having no information on any of the lost videos and none of the old content having been archived (other than the existing content on his channel currently.) Cr1TiKaL has stated that the computer he made the videos on was "long gone" meaning they are most likely lost permanently. As well as the lost content, the found video mentioned by Cr1TiKaL hasn't been released publicly.
