Hey guys, dycaite here; as many of you have probably heard by now, the [[Gravity Falls (Found Pilot Of Animated Series; Early 2010s)|unaired ''Gravity Falls'' pitch pilot]] was released yesterday by creator Alex Hirsch! Hirsch released the pilot online as a reward for solving one of the puzzles in the [http://gravityfalls.wikia.com/wiki/Cipher_Hunt Cipher Hunt] that began on July 20 and ended with the discovery of the elusive Bill Cipher statue glimpsed at the end of the show's final episode.


Just a quick update from me to let you all know that as of today we have a new staff member, [[User:Rivette|Rivette]], so please make him feel welcome :)
Great to see this has made it out into the open; big thanks to Alex and everyone involved in the Cipher Hunt who helped this rarity come to light, you have no doubt made a lot of fans very happy!


Something else that I wanted to quickly mention (and something that I brought up in the forums) is that we are currently taking questions for our upcoming LMW podcast's Q&A segment, so if you have any questions you'd like to ask any of the staff members, or any opinions of ours you would like to hear, please let us know!

Welcome to The Lost Media Wiki!

This wiki is a community passion project where we detail and attempt to track down (at least, in most cases) pieces of lost or hard to find media; whether it be video, audio or otherwise (of either a fictional or non-fictional nature), if it's completely lost or simply inaccessible to the general public, it belongs here.

Breaking off from its original Wikia hosting, the site was moved to its own, independent host (the process of which was initiated in late 2014 and concluded in mid 2015) and has been steadily growing since its humble beginnings. We encourage any and all connoisseurs of obscure media to join in and contribute; the more the merrier. Happy searching!
