According to Chris Shrigley, a programmer for the game, after the game was finished, they were unable to find a buyer and the team eventually abandoned it. The game was then picked up by THQ and reworked into ''James Bond Jr.'' The source code of the version was leaked online by Chris himself on an unknown date. In November 2015, a prototype was found and sold on eBay by the Nolan Brothers.<ref>[http://www.ebay.com/itm/141820208995 eBay auction.] Retrieved 06 Nov '15</ref> Finally, on March 10th, 2016, Cutting Room Floor user CaH4e3 managed to compile it into a working ROM.<ref>[https://tcrf.net/Proto:James_Bond_Jr._(NES) Proto:James Bond Jr. (NES) page.] Retrieved 04 Apr '16</ref> ==Gallery== <gallery mode=packed heights=150px> John Smith Special Agent prototype.jpg|Prototype cart.
