Sometime early in the run of Phineas and Ferb (possibly at the end of the first season) Disney Channel created a special event in which certain episodes were altered slightly. The changes were minor, such as changing a character's hairstyle or changing their color scheme. Viewers were challenged to find the total number of such differences in an episode.

No images of this special are available online and the promo videos for the special aren't uploaded to YouTube.

Sorry the information on this Special is scarce but I got most of this info from memory, I haven't been able to find anything on this Special online if anyone has more information or possibly a recording of the Special feel free to add on to this post, Thank You.

UPDATE: First off I want to thank everybody who has updated the info on this page, sorry I haven't had time to edit. So in the time I have been gone people have found more information on this Phineas and Ferb marathon, for instance the name "Spot the Diff", a logo, a TV promo, and even one episode from the marathon. This however is not the end there are still many unreleased episode from this marathon as many of you may know this unfortunately we have hit a bump in the road and have to stop for now because of lack of more information.
