Maybe... Still, 11 months away from its projected release still seems far from being complete, at least visually and audibly. The Nightmare Before Christmas "Jill Jacobs" workprint, I'd say was probably 80 - 90% animated, not including every scene with Oogie Boogie, and even then the film still had a temp soundtrack by that point.

Going by Popeye's development timeline, Genndy left the project in early 2015, and the animatic dates 10 months prior to the animation test clip, so even that's not the most complete version of the film (but still I'll 100% settle with the version we got). We don't really know if anything else of the movie was animated beyond that 1-minute clip, color theory boards aside, not to go off-topic. Who knows, if a movie like Larrikins were to leak online, it too would probably also only be storyboards and maybe pre-date whichever dates the clips in the various animation reels date to. Still I hope we're lucky and we do get a workprint from the film's final days/weeks of production.
