2004 ver. of the commercial might hold the answers

I was searching for the Epiderm-a Commercial on Google and this was one of the first results (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIMPguI3zXs). The commercial is almost exactly like the early 2000s commercial - Sharmaine in a white dress and some wind effects towards her in the later scenes, and a scene where the old Epiderm-A bottle transitions into the new one through a circular motion. The only difference is that the ad has an English voice over saying an English tagline in the end instead of the Tagalog voice over that says "Alagang Everyday, Alagang Epiderm-A" in the end.

Also, if it helps, the Epiderm-a Commercial I linked was produced through an ad agency called "Message Bureau" (as seen in the credits on 0:02 of the video) so you might want to reach out to people who used to be in that ad agency (assuming the agency is now defunct), they may be the same ones who did the earlier commercial.
