Get Real is an American dramedy series that aired on FOX and ran from September 8th, 1999 to April 12th, 2000. It starred Jesse Eisenberg, Anne Hathaway, Eric Christian Olsen, Debrah Farentino, and Jon Tenney. It centered around the dysfunctional Green family. Oldest child Meghan was recently accepted into UC Berkeley, but she announces that she is undergoing college. Cameron, the middle child, is a slacker who constantly gets in trouble at school. The youngest child, Kenny, is a socially awkward 15-year-old who has an obsession with finding his first girlfriend.
The show aired for a total of 22 episodes (2 unaired) before being cancelled due to low ratings on a competitive timeslot. It never reaired after its brief run on Fox, nor was it ever released on DVD, VHS, or streaming. As of July 22nd, 2023, 15 of the 22 aired episodes can be found on YouTube. The final 2 unaired episodes, ("Tested" and "The Last Weekend") are the hardest episodes to obtain, having appeared on YouTube once before, but were taken down. The 2 episodes only aired internationally.
