Intermares Water Park was a Brazilian water park that was located in the city of Cabedelo, Brazil that operated from 1993 to 2004[1]. The water park used to have a land of 40,000 square meters used for its attractions and other water park necessities and has 2 free fall water slides, named Kamikaze and Free Fall.[2]. In the late 1990's, a commercial was made for Intermares Water Park that was used to be broadcasted frequently in Brazilian TV stations such as TV Cabo Branco[3].

Information

It is currently unknown what the commercials were about, but what is known is that the commercial was broadcasted in regional TV stations in the state of Paraiba such as TV Cabo Branco[3].

Closure

Intermares Water Park closed its doors in 2004. The former owner of the water park, Sebastiao Quintans, stated that the water park closed due to financial problems[4]. For years, the plot of land that the Intermares Water Park was located at became abandoned, until it was repurposed years later as a strip mall called GETMall[5]

Availability

No footage of the commercial is available online, but the only internet page that proves its existence is a tweet made by a Brazilian internet user @ltheodoro[3]
