Well, apparently the BAC screened such a documentary in 1976, which ended up hospitalising thirteen of its employees! Outside of The Book of Heroic Failures and a few other sources I've uncovered, surprisingly little is known about it. This, among other relevant disasters summarised in Stephen Pile's book, may turn into an off-Wiki project in the future. Stay tuned.
