In September of 2003, Habib's, a Brazilian fast food chain known for its arabic-styled food, recorded a series of commercials for its now-extinct Mexican branch.[1] The commercials were made by a Brazilian production company called Tambor Filmes,[2] which had previously produced other commercials for Habib's.[3] Not much is known about the commercials themselves, but what is known is that the commercials featured images of 2 locations and Habibs' central kitchen.[4]

The commercials were directed by Claudio Cinelli,[5] a director for Tambor Filmes, along with French and Belgian recording teams.[6] The commercials featured images of Habibs' operational system, along with images of 2 locations and the chain's central kitchen.[7] It is currently unknown what the commercials were about, but it is likely that they were broadcasted in Mexican television stations such as Televisa and TV Azteca.

Availability

No footage of the commercials are available online, but the only page that proves the existence of these commercials is an article in the Brazilian website Tela Viva.[8]
