To celebrate the occasion, I decided to take a gander at BBC Two's 1991-2001 idents, which to me are the most iconic of any television channel. Aside from documenting the missing idents, I also explored the subject matter they represented, including Rembrandt, Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and the Shoemaker–Levy 9 comet. All fascinating stuff that made writing this an enjoyable experience!)
