He-Hog The Atomic Pig was a rejected 1999 animated pilot created by John Kricfalusi, best known as the creator of The Ren & Stimpy Show. It was an unsold pilot for MTV and co-produced with MTV Animation, a concept previously pitched to USA Network and developed for a 1995 release.[1][2]

While the pilot can be found on the internet, the most commonly circulating version of the pilot cuts out the psychologist section, where He-Hog consults a distressed woman experiencing puberty. Without that scene, the pilot was shortened from 15 minutes to slightly above 10 minutes.

The cut version of the pilot circulated online for a while since 2013. However, in 2015, the uncut version of the pilot containing the psychologist scene intact was posted on YouTube by user OLDTPBUSER 2 and in higher quality than the other circulating versions of the pilot.
