Can you please stop filing reports for year-old found media, filing broken reports, and can you please fill out all the info before filing a report? I've had to delete almost all of your reports because they're ether broken, missing info, or are of things found back in 2021/22. --YoshiKiller2S (talk) 11:55, 03 December 2023 (EST)

Please be more careful when submitting reports for the notice board. Your report for the Macy's 4th of July Fireworks has been repeatedly deleted due to broken formatting and factual errors. If you are not sure what needs to be fixed then make sure to ask instead before trying to resubmit it.

Reports should always be submitted through the form with ALL fields accurately filled out. The "Found by" field should be set whoever originally uploaded/released it, and the attached date should be whenever the media was first uploaded, not the current date that you're submitting the report on. --Kobochat (talk) 02:35, 18 November 2023 (UTC)
