Yo Gabba Gabba! (partially found British dub of Nick Jr. live-action/puppet musical series; 2009-mid 2010s)
Yo Gabba Gabba! was a live-action/puppet musical series that originally ran on Nick Jr. from 2007 to 2015. The series consists of the musician DJ Lance Rock and five costumed characters (Muno, Plex, Foofa, Toodee, and Brobee) as toys that come to life when placed in a multi-colored landscape. They appear in many segments and musical numbers in each episode.
British Dub
In 2009 a British dub of the series was made to help localize the show to the UK market. The dub premiered on Channel 4 in 2009 and ran until sometime in the mid-2010s when it was replaced with the original American dub.[1]
The character's voices were re-dubbed with British voice actors Ortis Deley voicing over DJ Lance, Bob Golding as Muno, Teresa Gallagher as Foofa, Justin Fletcher as Brobee and Plex and Jonell Elliot as Toodee.
Status
Only 4 episodes of the dub were officially released on a DVD titled It's Time to Dance containing the episodes "Eat," "Dance," "Sleep" and "Move." In 2021 a clip of the episode "Halloween" was uploaded online. As of 2024, no more full episodes of the dub have resurfaced, it's currently unknown if all the later episodes were dubbed before changing to the American dub.
