From 1997 to 1998, Cartoon Network produced various series of interstitials, all following certain themes. One of these series was entitled "Cartoon Network Responds!", which featured supposed letters and emails from fans of the cable network. The letter is often responded to in a cynical and mean way, occasionally making fun of cartoons themselves. The interstitials started being aired around early 1997, and they lasted into the early Powerhouse era (until June 1998.)

Many of these interstitials were produced, and some remain up on YouTube, but many of these interstitials are lost and haven't been put up yet. There is said to be 20 interstitials and 13 of them have been found, which means only 7 remain missing, and there are 3 interstitials in which there is no information about what they include, so they are listed as unknown. Secret Squirrel A letter from a man asking if Secret Squirrel took over the channel at one point; the answer is that Screwy Squirrel took over the channel, but the narrator provides us with a hypothetical situation where he becomes the king of the channel and shows Secret Squirrel all day. Lost
What if the Flintstones Never Existed? A letter from a man who asks what CN would be like if the Flintstones never existed; we are provided a glimpse into a futuristic world where no technology exists except for the TV from The Flintstones, tuned to only one channel: CN Lost

Jim Carrey Network A letter from a mother and father about how much their son loves Jim Carrey and would love a picture of him, but he isn't on CN so the host makes a joke that they should write to the Jim Carrey Network instead Found by BigDogJang0
SmurfSnorks! A letter from a viewer saying the only shows they watch on CN are The Smurfs and Snorks. An artistic mashup of both shows is then shown. Found by 90sCartoonNetwork
Rumors About Cartoon Network A letter from a fan asking if the rumors about CN are true. An edit of Pebbles Flintstone is then shown at a gambling table because she has a gambling addiction. Found by Dick Longstead
2 Stupid Dogs: The Worst Show On TV Today A letter from a viewer on how they think 2 Stupid Dogs is a vile program for the network, the host then says the saliva samples they get from the show come from monkeys. Found by barber747
List of Speed Racer Episodes A letter from a viewer asking for an entire list of Speed Racer episodes, but they all speed on screen in Japanese. Found by SuperSonicTailsEas
Show More of the Hillbilly Bears A letter from a viewer saying they would like to see more Hillbilly Bears because their father likes it. Found by piñata time
133 Million Dollars! CN network responds to a piece of spam mail letting them know they've won 113 million dollars with a montage of celebrating CN characters. Found by piñata time
Completely Insane In response to a letter asking if the network is completely insane, the narrator shows the viewer something really insane. Found by piñata time
Splotchy and Max A letter from a viewer describing an idea for a TV show called Splotchy and Max. The response is a cease and desist letter. Found by piñata time
Cast Changes A letter from a viewer complaining about cast changes in Johnny Quest. The narrator responds by announcing a list of cast changes such as Bugs Bunny being replaced by Wally Gator. Found by Captain B. Z.
The Cartoon Network Thing (NOT) To Do A letter from a viewer complaining about Cartoon Network Things To Do. The response is a new theme song including a note that the bit is a joke at the end. Found by CDCB2
