Class of 3000 is an American animated television series on Cartoon Network that was created, executively produced, and starred by André 3000 of the Hip Hop group OutKast. The series originally aired on Cartoon Network from 2006-2008 with some episodes exclusively airing online. The show is set at Westley School of Performing Arts in Atlanta, Georgia. In the show, André 3000 appears as superstar and music teacher Sunny Bridges, a jazz and blues artist who also occasionally lectures in Atlanta's Little Five Points residential area.

Legal Trouble

The show ran into some legal trouble when in 2008, Boston Globe worker and former art student Timothy McGee filed a lawsuit against Andre 3000 alleging that the idea for Class of 3000 was taken from McGee's failed pitch "The Music Factory of the 90's" back in 1997. Due to this, Cartoon Network had to pull the show until an agreement could be settled.[1]

Once the lawsuit was settled, full episodes were re-added exclusively to iTunes. However, five episodes were not included and originally could not be found anywhere in their original English versions. Since then, all of these episodes have resurfaced in English.

"You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yeti" was the twelfth episode of season two and originally premiered on May 11th, 2008. The website "gowatchit.com" gives the following synopsis of the episode:

"A local news station is offering a $500 reward for a picture of a Yeti rumoured to be residing in Atlanta. Li'l D quickly discovers the creature is at Sunny's house. However, he makes him promise not to expose him because he had saved his life once. But when Li'l D notices the Yeti is beginning to take advantage of Sunny to the point of his being exhausted, he pulls off a scheme with the other kids to get rid of the creature without breaking his promise to Sunny."[2]
