Big thanks to LMW contributor [http://forums.lostmediawiki.com/user/356 TOMYSSHADOW] and Skip Elsheimer from [http://www.avgeeks.com/wp2/ A/V Geeks] (the former having contacted the latter see if they had a copy, which they did indeed) for unearthing this rarity!
