Come to Your Senses is a game show pilot made by Nickelodeon possibly in the early 1990s, it ultimately wasn't greenlit for a full series because it "made kids look stupid".

Premise

The pilot utilized the main five senses, touch, hearing, smell, sight and taste in order for the contestants to achieve the right answer, outside of this, not much else is known.

Availability

Currently, no footage or images from the pilot have resurfaced, with the only proof of its existence being a mention from How To Nickelodeon, a style guide made in 1992 that was given to Nickelodeon employees.[1]
